Session Policies:

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings and reserve your session time. In the event of cancellation, the following options are available: Studio Credit - Your session fee (minus retainer) is converted into credit toward a future session. Credit is valid for 12 months from your original session date. Refund Option - A refund of your session fee is available, minus a $20 administrative fee

$150 non-refundable retainer due at booking.
Balance payment due 1 week prior to session date.

If Melissa Rosic Photography must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of all payments made.

Destination Fee: +$25
Applies to locations within Morgantown – Bridgeport areas
In-Studio Sessions - Offered year-round at 304 Collective, Fairmont, WV
Outdoor Sessions - Available April–November
