30 & 60 minute sessions are for immediate family up to 6 members.
Extended family groups can be added to a 60-Minute Sessions for $25 per additional guest, Maximum group size: 20.

Session Policies:
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings and reserve your session time. In the event of cancellation, the following options are available: Studio Credit - Your session fee (minus retainer) is converted into credit toward a future session. Credit is valid for 12 months from your original session date. Refund Option - A refund of your session fee is available, minus a $20 administrative fee
50% non-refundable retainer due at booking.
Balance payment due 1 week prior to session date.
If Melissa Rosic Photography must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of all payments made. -
Location Details:
Sessions held in Fairmont, WV (26554 area) — no travel fee
Destination Fee: +$25
Applies to locations within Morgantown – Bridgeport areasIn-Studio Sessions - Offered year-round at 304 Collective, Fairmont, WV and are held between 10-2pm.
Outdoor Sessions - Available April–November, are held 1-hour prior to sunset and are adjusted to chosen location.
