  • All Sessions Include:

    • Photographer’s time & talent

    • Light editing/retouching

    • Online gallery for viewing & download

    • Choice of in-studio or outdoor location (except for newborn session in-studio only)

    • Portrait sessions are for immediate family up to 6 members.

    • Extended family groups can be added to a portrait sessions for $25 per additional guest, Maximum group size: 20.

  • Session Policies:

    A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings and reserve your session time. In the event of cancellation, the following options are available: Studio Credit - Your session fee (minus retainer) is converted into credit toward a future session. Credit is valid for 12 months from your original session date. Refund Option - A refund of your session fee is available, minus a $20 administrative fee

    • 50% non-refundable retainer due at booking.

    • Balance payment due 1 week prior to session date.


    If Melissa Rosic Photography must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of all payments made.

  • Location Details:

    • In-Studio Sessions - Offered year-round at 304 Collective, Fairmont, WV and are held between 10-2pm.

    • Outdoor Sessions are held in the Morgantown Fairmont, and Bridgeport , WV areas, are available April–November, and are held 1-hour prior to sunset and are adjusted to chosen location.

  • Optional Add-Ons:

    • Additional images: $10 each

    • Full gallery upgrade: $125

    • Rush editing (48-hour delivery): $50

    • Extended family groups can be added to a 60-Minute Sessions for $25 per additional guest, Maximum group size: 20.

  • Looking for a gift that truly lasts? Photography gift certificates are now available and make the perfect way to celebrate growing families, milestones, or simply capturing this season of life.

    Gift Certificate Details:
    • Available in flexible amounts from $50–$500 and can be applied toward any session. For full session pricing and details, please visit my website.
    • If the gift certificate does not cover the full session cost, the remaining balance will be due one week prior to the scheduled session.
    • Non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
    • Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless stated.
    • Expires one year from purchase.
    • Please provide the recipient’s name and contact information in the "note or instructions" section at checkout.
    • A client account will be created, and the recipient should contact me directly to redeem.
